Our bolster provides extra support and comfort during restorative poses. The rectangular meditation cushions are a versatile and essential prop. With so many uses including support pelvis in an upright seat, prevent wrinkling of neck or over extension whilst laying on your back supporting your head, cushioning for the knees in some poses and offer the sacrum support.
