The Small Print
Delivery times

We dispatch all orders within 1- 3 working days of receiving your payment confirmation. If your order is delivered through our couriers, standard delivery usually takes 1 - 5 working days depending on your location. If your oder is delivered via the South African post office, delivery takes 3 - 7 working days from dispatch. Should you require express delivery, please get in touch via one of our contact channels for a quote.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the lead times. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of delay caused by either our courier, or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight, including but not limited to, any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

All orders require a signature upon delivery.

Sakshi will not be held responsible for any theft or damage, should you provide us with the authority to leave your package at an unattended address. All risk of the package will remain with you upon delivery, and Sakshi will not offer a replacement or refund for any loss or damage, as a result of selecting to leave your parcel with an unauthorised signatory.
Returns
Sakshi's return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packing, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds and exchanges
Get in touch with us within 7 business days of receiving your order, and we will make arrangements for a refund or exchange. We will gladly send out your new product, subject to stock availability, or give you a full refund once we have received your order in its original packaging with no signs of usage or damage.
Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning your order is an expense you will have to bear. Product exchanges are treated as new orders and are subject to standard delivery costs.
We are willing to refund you, or action an exchange once we have received your return, unused and undamaged. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. If your request has been approved, your refund will be processed within 2- 3 business days. You will need to supply us with your banking details and proof of payment, in order for us to process an electronic funds transfer.
Wrongful product
If you have received the incorrect product, please leave it in its original packaging and email us at hellosakshi@gmail.com within 7 business days of receiving your order and we will make arrangements to exchange your product at our expense.
Damaged goods
If you receive a damaged product from us, please get in touch within 7 business days of receiving your order at hello@sakshi.com. Once we receive your returned goods, it will be subject to inspection. Should it not pass our standardised quality assessment,we will do a full refund or exchange at our expense.
Please note that your replacement choice is subject to stock availability. We only classify products as defective if they have been received in a damaged state. Products that are damaged during opening or from wear and tear, are not considered defective or damaged.
For national orders under 5kgs we charge a flat rate of R125.00
For orders over 5kgs, a shipping quote will be calculated based on the contents of your order (This excludes wholesale orders ).
Packaging
Whilst we strive to be eco-friendly, we need to maintain the exceptional standard of our products and services. The quality that they are received in should be untouched and clean. Please be considerate of our environment, by disposing and recycling packaging responsibly.
